Job Description
The Sales and Service Specialist at TNC (TNC) is responsible for providing exceptional rental car experiences to Lyft and/or Uber drivers, maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves assisting customers with rental inquiries, processing rentals, maintaining vehicle upkeep, and operating the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
