Job Description
Hex Trust is a regulated digital asset Custody, Staking, and Market services provider established in 2018. They are seeking a Compliance Officer to manage the daily activities of the Compliance department and maintain AML/CFT program, ensuring compliance and reporting to regulatory bodies in Dubai, UAE, and Asia. The role involves advising stakeholders, developing policies, conducting training, and implementing compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Business, Finance
- Compliance Professional Designation (e.g., ICA, CAMS)
- 7 to 10 years of relevant Compliance experience in a financial institution
- Native English speaker or bilingual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, meticulous, analytical, and strong organizational skills
- Good understanding of financial institutions and crypto/NFT
- Proficient use of Google products (Excel and PowerPoint)
