Web Engineer

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in frontend engineering
• Fluency in Javascript/Typescript, React, and modern web frameworks
• Experience working with a CMS, and comfort building reusable components and page-building systems
• A strong eye for design and close partnership with designers
• A passion for performance, accessibility, and well-structured code
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, marketing, or growth teams
• A habit of self-direction, ownership, and proactive communication
• Curiosity about how Hex helps data teams do their best work
