Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our SCRUM product development teams. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will drive the technical and people management of the engineers, ensuring the teams deliver on our Engagement Cloud platform while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in engineering and / or development processes, preferably as Engineering Manager or Product Owner
• Proven experience and profound knowledge of methodologies, processes, tools and mindset of agile software development
• Strong understanding of software development and architectural principles
• Very good communication skills, including being clear and compassionate at the same time
• Experience in setting up and managing team KPIs for performance and operational efficiency
• Open mindset and readiness to take risks, sees chances and trusts in change while listening to those who call attention to potential risks
• Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities
