Job Description
As a Finance Manager within our centralized European hub, you will lead a dedicated accounting team providing end-to-end financial services for multiple international legal entities. The role involves a blend of high-level oversight and hands-on transformation, with responsibilities including operational control, strategic growth, governance, reporting, and advisory.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a global accounting environment with a deep mastery of IFRS reporting
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting (or an Associate degree paired with 7+ years of relevant experience)
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing or leading teams within a Shared Service (SSC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) framework
- Change Management Skills: A documented track record of successfully driving accounting migration projects and process optimization initiatives
