Directeur(trice) de la Maintenance / AME

The Maintenance Director/AME reports to the President/CEO and is responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective maintenance of aircraft in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license (M1 or M2) - an asset (or equivalent experience deemed acceptable)
• Minimum 5-7 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Experience working with or managing an accredited maintenance organization (AMO)
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Solid communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with flight operations, management, and regulatory authorities
