Job Description
As a Product Owner at Hexagon, you will be responsible for translating industrial construction workflows into detailed product requirements and user stories, collaborating with development leads and UX designers to design scalable and user-friendly construction execution solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering
- 7–9 years of product management or product ownership experience, preferably in construction technology, EPC, or industrial software solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities to articulate complex ideas clearly across technical and business audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to align diverse teams toward common goals
- Familiarity with work packaging and field execution platforms such as iConstruct, Smart Materials, or SmartPlant Construction (SPC)
- Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills, especially when working with distributed, cross-functional Agile teams
