Requirements

• Prepare and test new formulation samples in the laboratory
• Document procedures and development activities in a lab notebook
• Build engineering prototypes for sampling customers with new products
• Conduct characterization testing on materials
• Assist in developing manufacturing techniques, procedures, and processing conditions
• Safety analysis and continuous improvement projects
