Facilitair Medewerker

As a Facilities Officer at the Kadaster, you can count on a varied job with no two days the same. You alternate between different locations and ensure excellent service everywhere.

Requirements

• Executing light administrative tasks such as processing tasks in the access system, parking system, and facilities system;
• Processing mail, packages, and other items;
• Executing post and facility rounds;
• Building management indoors and outdoors.
• Various facility tasks, such as preparing meeting rooms, supporting with small relocations, and replenishing office supplies;
• Managing pool cars and bicycles;
• Supporting colleagues with facility-related questions or problems;
• Light technical tasks;
• Working at the reception desk; welcoming all guests, employees, and suppliers warmly.
