Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level
- Demonstrated affinity with the hospitality industry
- At least 5 years of experience in leading from a distance, inspiring and motivating teams to get the best out of themselves
- Budget and financial affinity: you set up budgets, monitor them, and translate numbers into concrete actions
- Leadership in action: you are a real builder who takes initiative and achieves results, and shows ownership
- Helicopter view: you see the bigger picture and know how to make smooth collaborations run
- Stress-resistant and calm under pressure, with the ability to prioritize clearly
- You work structured, are numerically strong, and bring commercial insight
- Experience in business service delivery, preferably in a national role
