Requirements

• Leadership experience in hospitality (preferably within hotels or catering at a comparable level)
• A natural talent for motivating people and introducing structure
• An eye for detail, a sense of quality, and commercial thinking
• You are flexible and available – also in the evenings and on weekends
• You know that an excellent guest experience starts with a strong and well-coordinated team
