Job Description
Maintenance Technician III performs skilled work in the maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems, building systems, and equipment. Maintains a clean and safe environment and ensures resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Up to one year of experience in a related field of building maintenance or construction
- Attendance at a technical training institute or program preferred
