Job Description
HG is looking for a Consumer Services employee to help customers with questions and complaints via phone, email, and contact form. The ideal candidate has a customer-oriented approach, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- At least MBO 4 work and thinking level
- Relevant experience in customer service and/or complaint handling
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Customer and solution-oriented, clear and steadfast
- Excellent mastery of Dutch and English
- A feel for French and German is a plus
- Curious and analytical, you quickly learn our products and answer questions adequately
- You work independently and seek timely coordination with your direct colleagues
