Civil AutoCAD Technician

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Civil AutoCAD Technician and Designer to join our expanding Civil Engineering Department in Minneapolis, MN or Milwaukee, WI. In this role you will develop detailed technical drawings and plans based on project specifications and requirements.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree related to C3D drawing production, engineering or similar
• 5+ years of AutoCAD software design and drafting experience
• A strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D
• Strong understanding of design concepts including earthwork, surface, site grading, pipe network, ArcGIS, etc.
• Ability to read and translate architectural floorplans and technical drawings
• Basic understanding of building design and mechanical processes
• High degree of detail orientation and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
