Project Manager

In this role, you will collaborate with our award-winning thought leaders on innovative projects that integrate thoughtful planning, research, sustainability, and architectural excellence.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• A passion for purpose-driven, high-impact design
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project scopes
• Confidence in client engagement and long-term relationship development
• 10+ years of project management experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or other related field; Master's degree preferred
• Licensed Architect preferred
• Expertise with Project Management software and Microsoft Office products is necessary
• Professional experience honed on increasingly more complex projects required
• Demonstrated experience working on large-scale and multiple smaller-sized, challenging projects simultaneously
• Team player
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Ability to leverage technical skills of your teams to deliver projects on budget and on schedule
• Experience with LEED accreditation and Design/Build project delivery method is preferred
• Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp and other industry accepted software is preferred
