Requirements
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- A passion for purpose-driven, high-impact design
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project scopes
- Confidence in client engagement and long-term relationship development
- 10+ years of project management experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or other related field; Master's degree preferred
- Licensed Architect preferred
- Expertise with Project Management software and Microsoft Office products is necessary
- Professional experience honed on increasingly more complex projects required
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale and multiple smaller-sized, challenging projects simultaneously
- Team player
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Ability to leverage technical skills of your teams to deliver projects on budget and on schedule
- Experience with LEED accreditation and Design/Build project delivery method is preferred
- Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp and other industry accepted software is preferred
