Job Description
The RN Staff, Marshall Medical Center North ICU, PRN position assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care services in a setting of seriously ill patients. ICU nurses need to possess physical, mental and emotional stamina, and high tech equipment skills. This role focuses on respiratory care, medication titration, monitoring life support equipment, and patient care.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of one year RN experience preferred
- Licensure by the Alabama State Board of Nursing
- Successful completion of an ACLS and PALS course within one year of hire
