Job Description
The RN identifies patient needs, plans and delegates care based on patient needs, evaluates patient response to care and attainment of outcomes, and is accountable for patient care during the assigned shift. The role focuses on assessment, care planning, and achieving positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure
- Experience preferred
- BLS required before orientation
- ACLS within one year of hire
