Orchard and Maintenance Team Member

Breeden's Orchard is seeking an experienced Farm and Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operation and upkeep of our orchard, grounds, equipment, and facilities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in farm management, orchard operations, or agricultural maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated skills in carpentry, plumbing, and/or basic electrical work
• Experience operating farm machinery (tractor, loader, mower, etc.) and hauling with trucks/trailers
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must be physically capable of performing the role: standing, walking, lifting up to 70 lbs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
