Job Description
The Commercial Lines Account Executive is responsible for leading/mentoring Account Managers and clients, gathering information, servicing clients, and setting expectations for completion of work tasks.
Requirements
- Collecting and designing insurance programs for clients
- Maintaining knowledge of new developments and changes with carriers and laws
- Providing technical support to producers and account managers
- Investigating and preparing insurance proposals and applications
- Remarketing and renewing policies
- Consulting on audit procedures
- Representing the agency in handling complaints and grievances
