Job Description
Higginbotham Financial has an immediate opening for a Financial Documentation Specialist in their Irvine, CA office. The role involves implementing financing transactions, collating financial documents, and working with clients, sales teams, and insurance carriers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Prior experience working in banking or finance is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong ownership skills
- Proactiveness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word and Excel
