Job Description
HCCH is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist for a Pooled position at a dental practice. The receptionist will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing the schedule, maintaining office procedures, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a pleasant and upbeat demeanor to assist clients and maintain a comfortable office environment.
Requirements
- Schedules patient appointments either by phone or in person.
- Maintains and updates the appointment schedule.
- Answers phones and schedules appointments for staff.
- Skilled in multitasking and maintaining a positive customer service attitude.
- Proficiency in scheduling/recording appointment information.
