We are looking for a sales leader (m/w/d) who leads our entire new customer business, manages operational processes, and is responsible for numbers, KPIs, and reports. You ensure that the team works efficiently, processes function, and strategic goals are achieved.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and sales control
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result orientation, and hands-on mentality
- Experience in managing teams and processes
- Safe handling of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, Excel, and reporting tools
- Communication skills and ability to represent strategic decisions
