Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Senior Associate

This role is for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Senior Associate, supporting strategic growth objectives through executing mergers and acquisitions. The position requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, deal structuring, and due diligence. The associate will work with senior management, investment teams, and external advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proven track record in managing and executing M&A transactions
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
