Trading Operations Associate

A fast-paced trading firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trading Operations Associate to join their team. The role involves monitoring trading activity, supporting market making operations, troubleshooting trade issues, maintaining trading systems, and assisting with PnL and reporting. It requires a strong analytical and communication skillset in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Monitor trading activity across multiple brokerages.
• Support market making operations by checking order flows and confirming positions.
• Troubleshoot trade issues, fix problems, and ensure system performance.
• Maintain dashboards and trading logs for performance monitoring.
• Identify and report trading behavior or risk flags.
• Coordinate with brokers, engineering, and traders to improve workflows.
• Assist with daily PnL checks and end-of-day reports.
• Test new trading strategies and systems.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
