Technical Game Designer

High Voltage is seeking a Technical Game Designer to join their growing team, working on AAA games in a remote setting, requiring 3+ years of game design experience and 2+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 5.

Requirements

• 3+ years of game design experience in the game industry, with a minimum of one shipped game.
• 2+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 5 in a design or tech design capacity
• Proficiency with visual scripting languages, particularly UE Blueprints (2 years).
• Experience working on multiplayer games.
• Proven ability to create functional prototypes.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with an in-depth knowledge of gameplay mechanics and how to create engaging experiences for players.
• Technically skilled and capable of working independently in a small team environment as part of a larger team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
