Assistant Chef / Commi 2 position responsible for preparing orders, maintaining kitchen standards, and supervising team members. Responsibilities include food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and employee management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, culinary school a plus.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as line cook and six (6) months as pantry/prep cook; OR equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of a la carte cooking, meat temperatures, and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
