Requirements

• University education in areas such as mechanical engineering, energy technology, industrial economics, logistics, supply chain management, environmental and sustainability studies, innovation, marketing/business development, or other relevant fields.
• 12–14 days of education within sustainable future-oriented employee and leadership development.
• Study visits to different interesting operations.
• Networking meetings, workshops, and joint activities.
