Accreditation Services Associate

The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) is seeking an Accreditation Services Associate to support Vice Presidents, Directors, and other members of the accreditation team. This role involves data tracking, process support, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring effective accreditation processes. The position is a hybrid work environment, requiring presence in the Chicago office at least once a month.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in implementing or maintaining processes
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Extensive experience with MS Office, databases, and document retention systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible, dependable, and responsible
