Job Description
The Engineering Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, ensuring the hotel's assets are maintained, compliant, and safe. This role involves leading and training a team, implementing budget and financial forecasting, and contributing to preventative maintenance programs. The role is primarily focused on operational responsibilities and involves supporting all aspects of the hotel's operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of supervisory or lead mechanic experience in a hotel or a related field
- Stationary engineer’s license if required by local code
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Long hours sometimes required
