Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our practice in Webster, New York. The LPN will guide patients through a seamless care process and collaborate with RNs, MDs, and other providers to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

• Fulfilled the requirements to be a Licensed Practical Nurse in NY State
• Minimum one year of LPN experience
• Outpatient primary care and/or pediatric (if applicable) experience preferred
• New York State licensed practical nurse
• Current American Heart Association CPR and AED certification
• Must successfully pass medication administration proficiency exam
