Job Description
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) assesses, promotes and contributes to the quality care provided to patients and their families/support systems throughout the hospital continuum.
Requirements
- Fulfilled the requirements to be a licensed NP or PA in New York State
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience
- Licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of New York
