Job Description
Performs a full range of duties related to processing patient information for visits, including reception, registration, charge capture and charge entry, appointment scheduling, medical records management, and telephone management.
Requirements
- accurate and timely input of collected information into the hospital information systems
- accurate, efficient, and customer-friendly manner
- floats to other offices and positions as needed
- coordinates the duties of PRA 1's or less experienced support staff
- assists in training peers and/or less experienced support staff
