Job Description
Highland Spring is seeking a Shift Manager to lead operational excellence at its Fells site in Lennoxtown, Scotland. The role involves a 4-on-4-off 12-hour shift pattern, focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and supportive leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
