Job Description
The Highlands at Brighton, an affiliate of UR Medicine, is hiring a per diem Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities, providing quality customer service to residents, staff, and visitors.
Requirements
- Answer, screen and forward calls to the appropriate extension
- Greet and screen all visitors and direct to the appropriate area
- Maintain visitor log
- Provide overhead announcements when applicable
- Maintain admission, discharge and medical transport logs
- Monitor emergency panels and fire alarm panels
- Assist in emergency situations, knowing facility emergency codes and emergency response procedures
