HighLevel is seeking a Lead Product Designer to elevate product experiences through vision, craft, and influence. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of design experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity, and experience with AI-powered design tooling.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant design experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity
- Experience with AI-powered design tooling
- Proven record of delivering elegant, data-informed experiences
- Deep fluency in design systems, accessibility, and scalable design patterns
- Strong visual and interaction design craft
- Experience designing for AI-driven or intelligent interfaces
- Track record of influencing design direction at a system or platform level
- Natural mentor with facilitation skills
