Job Description
HighLevel is seeking a Principal Product Manager – AI to lead the development and expansion of their AI product suite. This role involves strategy, roadmap, product planning, communication, and stakeholder management, with a focus on leveraging AI to drive growth and user adoption. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and SaaS environments, and a track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-powered products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record in building and scaling AI-powered products
- Deep familiarity with AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, ML, agents, chat bots)
- Understanding of SaaS environments and AI integration
- SaaS background (highly recommended)
- Strong analytical skills and communication capabilities
