Job Description
HighLevel is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive Procurement Manager to join our growing organization. In this role, you will run the end-to-end procurement process, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the cost-effective sourcing of SaaS, IT and Non-IT professional services essential to the company’s operational and technological needs.
Requirements
- Work collaboratively with BU stakeholders such as Engineering, Product, Marketing, IT and People team to align procurement efforts with their business priorities and act as a single point of contact for their procurement needs.
- Lead strategic sourcing and manage the RFP process across key spend categories, including SaaS, Professional Services, IT Infrastructure, and HR, to drive value and support business objectives.
- Drive cost optimisation through advanced analysis and market insights, identifying strategic savings opportunities while ensuring alignment with long-term quality standards and service excellence
