Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for organizing, directing and managing the overall maintenance and preservation of the Community. This role involves directing and overseeing maintenance staff, monitoring team performance, maintaining inventory levels, and working with contractors and the Property Manager to manage community budget and expenditures.

Requirements

• Five years of apartment management and supervisor experience
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Experience in apartment maintenance
• Type II A/C Certification or Universal
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
