The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for organizing, directing and managing the overall maintenance and preservation of the Community. The role involves directing and overseeing maintenance staff, monitoring team performance, and maintaining proper inventory levels.

Requirements

• Leadership and team-building skills
• Experience in apartment maintenance
• Type II A/C Certification or Universal
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
