Maintenance Technician II

Maintenance Technician II responsible for performing maintenance for the apartment community, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor, and ensuring service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call
