The Property Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the apartment community, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving high resident retention and leasing expectations.

Requirements

• Leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent mathematical skills (high school level)
• Two years of apartment management experience
• Tax Credit experience preferred
