Highspot is pioneering the category of sales enablement and is looking for a Backend Software Engineer to help design and scale the next generation of AI-driven coaching experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in back-end software development building and maintaining large-scale web applications
- At least 1 year of experience working with object-oriented programming languages; Ruby and Python preferred
- Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and backend scalability
- Experience integrating or working with AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or Azure OpenAI
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Cody, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to influence key technical decisions
