Job Description
Highspot is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its App Platform team. This team is responsible for mitigating critical risks, enhancing productivity, and ensuring long-term scalability, security, and maintainability of the Highspot platform. The role involves driving technical strategy, leading a team, and collaborating with various engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years in engineering leadership roles
- Strong full-stack engineering background
- Experience in distributed systems, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience leading complex refactoring efforts
