Job Description
Highview Power is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead a small team of multidisciplinary engineers in the development of long-duration energy storage systems. The role involves managing all stages of the engineering process, from design to delivery to site, ensuring compliance with HVP standards and timely project completion. The company is focused on a cleaner and more efficient energy future with a commitment to building a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Manages and leads a small team of Multi-discipline Engineers
- Responsible for the design, manufacture and delivery of equipment packages
- Coordinates all engineering work and manpower resource
- Monitors engineering progress and provides feedback
- Implements recovery plans when needed
- Participates in project reviews
- Approves all engineering deliverables
- Coordinates Preparation of the Technical Document Register (TDR)
