Contract - Document Controls Specialist

The Document Controls Specialist will facilitate best practices regarding the use, versioning, and protection of business-controlled documents by providing superior customer service through the efficient use of value-added technology, resources, and industry best-practices in records and information management.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in oil and gas document controls
• Demonstrable experience of Document Control and Records Management Greenfield and Brownfield Projects/Stages
• Understanding of industrial standards and regulatory document control requirements: Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS), Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Plan Management (RPM)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to accurately solve problems
• Highly competent interpersonal and influencing skills to tactfully and diplomatically manage ambiguity, conflict and uncertainty in a culturally diverse environment
• Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy, precision, and excellent grammar
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Professional understanding of templates, functions and styles
• Expertise in the use and application of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), FileTrail, Documentum/OpenText, SharePoint, and AutoCAD Viewer (preferred)
