Job Description
We're seeking a friendly, customer-focused Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at HCI Sports & Fitness. As a part-time role, you'll deliver a welcoming experience for members, guests, and visitors, and support overall facility needs.
Requirements
- Deliver a welcoming, professional experience for members, guests, and visitors
- Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, and facility operations
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls or messages as needed
- Assist with daily facility tasks, including cleaning, laundry, opening/closing duties, and shift checklists
- Support event and program setup and breakdown
- Receive and organize mail and deliveries
- Collaborate with team to support overall facility needs
Benefits
