Contracts Manager

We are looking for a confident leader with a passion for delivering exceptional construction projects to join Hill as a Contracts Manager. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, leading teams, and driving quality, safety, and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple construction projects at once
• Strong knowledge of D&B contracts and project planning tools (ASTA Power Projects)
• Background in residential or mixed-use developments (groundworks, civil engineering, RC frame)
• Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• SMSTS, First Aid, CIOB qualification (desirable)
