Job Description
Hill House is seeking an eager Assistant Store Manager for their upcoming Charlotte, NC store. This role is a full-time position requiring approximately 30 hours per week, including weekends. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager with daily operations, client experience, and team development. They will also be responsible for operational oversight, inventory management, and training retail staff.
Requirements
- Lead by example on the sales floor.
- Assist the Store Manager with overall store operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies including cash handling, register procedures, brand, styling & language.
