The Department Manager - Operational Excellence will be responsible for reviewing and updating policies, processes and procedures, quality assurance, continuous improvement, risk management, training and projects monitoring & reporting. The role will also involve developing and implementing a quality management system, enforcing risk management procedures, and coordinating performance evaluation of contractors and consultants.
