Project Manager - Infrastructure Works

Hill International is seeking a Project Manager to lead the management of design work and construction activities during a project. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil/transport infrastructure, utilities, and/or small – medium size commercial and/or residential buildings.

Requirements

• Lead the Management of the design work and construction activities during and complete the project.
• Develop the Project Responsibility Matrix (PRM).
• Oversee all project stages: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and scope management.
• Lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams (engineers, site staff, subcontractors).
• Identify risks, implement mitigation, and manage scope/change orders.
• Monitor costs and ensure strong financial reporting
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management, clients, and authorities
• Attend coordination meetings, progress meetings and as well as executive meetings.
• Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction departments.
